GoMCT™ 75% Powder on Acacia Fibre (Medium Chain Triglycerides Oil), GoFAT™ 75% Powder on Acacia Fibre (Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil), Natural Flavours, Sweetener (Stevia).

Directions

This is the fun part. Simply stir 1 scoop with 250ml of BYS coffee or your favourite beverage.
