Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp Organic Road Maple Syrup
- 1/4 medium avocado
- 2 tbsp Organic Road Raw Cacao powder
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- fresh blueberries
- Organic Road Pepitas
- goji berries
- hemp seeds
- Brazil nuts, chopped
- Natural Road Almond Butter (optional)
Method
- Place the milk, maple syrup, avocado and cocoa powder in a high-powered blender and process until smooth.
- Add the frozen blueberries, banana and ice and process until thick and creamy.
- Transfer the smoothie into a bowl and top with fresh blueberries, pepitas, goji berries, hemp seeds and Brazil nuts. Drizzle with almond butter if using.
