Vegan Fysh Sashimi

This nutritious vegan recipe for Vegan Fysh Sashimi has been created using Niulife Fysh Sauces the hero ingredient, and is also 100% plant-based and super healthy!

Ingredients

  • 200g firm mango cheek, sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • red chilli, sliced (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Niulife Cocomino Fysh Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon spring onion
  • pearls of 1 finger lime
  • 1 teaspoon mint
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream

Method

  1. Combine ginger, lime juice, chilli, coconut sugar, Niulife Cocomino Fysh Sauce and spring onion in a small bowl.
  2. Arrange mango slices on a plate, and spoon over dressing, finger lime pearls, mint and coconut cream
