This nutritious vegan recipe for Vegan Fysh Sashimi has been created using Niulife Fysh Sauces the hero ingredient, and is also 100% plant-based and super healthy!

- 200g firm mango cheek, sliced
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- red chilli, sliced (to taste)
- ½ teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon Niulife Cocomino Fysh Sauce
- 1 teaspoon spring onion
- pearls of 1 finger lime
- 1 teaspoon mint
- 1 tablespoon coconut cream
- Combine ginger, lime juice, chilli, coconut sugar, Niulife Cocomino Fysh Sauce and spring onion in a small bowl.
- Arrange mango slices on a plate, and spoon over dressing, finger lime pearls, mint and coconut cream
