INGREDIENTS
  1. 50ml fresh lemon juice / orange juice

  2. 2 tbsp Manuka honey

  3. 2 tbsp water

  4. 2 tbsp grass fed gelatin powder
METHOD
  1. In a small saucepan place lemon/orange juice, honey and water – stir to combine. Sprinkle over gelatin powder and allow to sit for 5 minutes for gelatin to soften.

  2. Whisk over low to medium heat until gelatin dissolved. Do not boil.

  3. Pour mixture into ice cube tray or gummy moulds and place in fridge to set for 1-2 hours or until firm to touch, they should pop out of moulds easily.

  4. Keep in airtight container in fridge for up to a week!
