Active ingredients: Each 2.25 g teabag contains Peppermint Leaf Dry (Mentha X piperita) 1.13 g, Matricaria Flower Dry (Matricaria recutita) 750 mg and Caraway Dry (Carum carvi) 375 mg
Indications: Matricaria (or Camomile) has been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to relieve abdominal bloating / digestive spasms and as a digestive tonic. Peppermint, Matricaria and Caraway have been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to relieve wind / gas pain and symptoms of indigestion. Caraway has also been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to support digestive system health and relieve digestive discomfort.
Directions for use: Infuse 1 teabag (2.25 g) in 250 mL (one cup) of boiling water, steep for ten minutes before removing teabag. Adults - drink 1 cup four times daily, after meals. There are no restrictions on duration of use.
