Each teabag contains Sage Leaf Dry granules (Salvia officinalis) 2.5 g
Indications: Sage has been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to relieve:
• symptoms of indigestion
• symptoms of sore throat and mild tonsillitis
• digestive discomfort and flatulence
• mild throat inflammation
• hoarseness of voice
• excessive perspiration.
Directions for use: Infuse 1 teabag (2.5 g) in 250 mL (one cup) of boiling water, steep for 10-15 minutes before removing teabag. Adults - drink 3 cups daily. There are no restrictions on duration of use.
