What payment methods do you accept?

Go Vita Warrnambool accepts a wide range of secure payment methods for your convenience.

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

We also offer options such as Afterpay and Apple Pay/Google Pay for easy checkout.

All payments are processed securely to ensure your details are protected.

What is your return policy?

Please choose carefully, returns will not be accepted for change of mind. If product is faulty or damaged we will refund or exchange.

How to return a product if it is damaged or faulty.

Call us on (03) 5562 3798 or send us an email at info@govitawbool.com.au to arrange postage.

Online order refunds for damaged or faulty items.

If you purchased online, you will be refunded via your original payment method online with 48hrs of your items being returned. You are also welcome to return your online items back to our store in Warrnambool.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do our best to process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order hasn’t yet been packed or shipped, we’ll be happy to help update or cancel it.

Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes. In this case, you may be able to return the items in line with our returns policy.

Are all products available online also in store?

Our online store features a wide selection of what we stock in store, but we do certianly have a larger range in store.

If you’re after something specific, feel free to call us before visiting.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes – join our Go Vita Loyalty Program to receive member-only specials, and get access to exclusive offers.

Shipping

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes! You can shop online and select “Click & Collect” at checkout.

We’ll send you a confirmation as soon as your order is ready to pick up in store.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

If you can’t find your email, please check your junk folder or need further help, please contact us and we’ll resend your tracking details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, Go Vita Warrnambool only ships within Australia. We don’t currently offer international delivery, but we’re always reviewing our shipping options for the future.
