BACH Centaury 10ml

Ainsworths Centaury 10ml is an individual flower essence from the traditional Bach system. Centaury is associated within that tradition with difficulty saying no and maintaining boundaries, making it a distinctive choice for a personal flower-essence routine.

Hand-prepared following Dr Edward Bach's original methods, this essence is supplied at 1:240 stock strength in a compact dropper bottle.

Ingredients

Flower essence in brandy; 40% alcohol by volume.

How to use

Follow the bottle's dilution and use directions or your practitioner's advice.
