Make daily mineral intake convenient with BioPractica Basica Active 300g. This citrus-flavoured powder combines mineral citrates and trace elements with vitamins C and B2, including calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc. It dissolves in water to create an easy daily drink.

Use: Mix 10g in 200ml water once or twice daily, as directed. Use under medical or dietetic supervision.

Warnings: Not suitable for children under 15 or pregnant women. Contains selenium, which is toxic in excessive doses; adults must not exceed 150 micrograms daily from supplements. Contains 300mg potassium per prepared 200ml dose. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
