Bring texture and variety to breakfast with GoodMix Blend 11. This bircher-style mix combines seeds, almonds, coconut, buckwheat and puffed ancient grains, with goji berries and cacao nibs for little bursts of fruit and crunch.

Gluten free and vegan, the blend makes an easy base for yoghurt and fruit or an addition to smoothies. Its mix of wholefoods supplies dietary fibre, and most ingredients are certified organic.

Preparation: Mix one cup of Blend 11 with half a cup of water, stir well and soak overnight. Refrigerate the activated mix and use within three days.
