Lotus Oatmeal Fine 400g

Lotus Fine Oatmeal is produced by grinding the whole oat kernel into fine meal or flour. The oat grain is de-husked of the bran and then heated and cooled to produce a nutty flavour and stabilise the oat.

Lotus Fine Oatmeal is a good source of protein and fibre. It is dairy free, nut free, soy free, non GMO and vegan.
