Our Waltanna Farms Pure Golden Flaxseed Flour is a gluten free and certified organic product made in South-West Victoria, Australia. Our Gold Flaxseed Flour is high in fibre, high in protein and high in Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9. This ground flaxseed flour (finer than our flaxseed meal) is the perfect way to add the health benefits of flaxseed to your diet via bread mixtures, pasta sauces, slice mixtures and as a substitute for flour when baking. The golden colour can help make the product inconspicuous within baked goods.

Serving suggestions: Add to your breakfast cereal, smoothie, yoghurt. Add to casseroles, stews, pasta sauces, curries or bread mixtures. Can be a substitute for 25% of flour when baking (add 1tsp baking powder).
